Bob Beauprez

Bob Beauprez is a former Member of Congress and is currently the editor-in-chief of A Line of Sight, an online policy resource. Prior to serving in Congress, Mr. Beauprez was a dairy farmer and community banker. He and his wife Claudia reside in Lafayette, Colorado.

 

Jon Anderson

Mr. Anderson joined Holland & Hart in 2006 with experience in state and federal regulatory law and litigation. Prior to joining Holland & Hart, Mr. Anderson served as Chief Counsel to Colorado Governor Bill Owens. In this cabinet position, he managed the Office of Legal Counsel and served as the chief legal advisor to the Governor and his Administration.

 

Sanjai Bhagat 

Sanjai Bhagat is Professor of Finance at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He has worked previously at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Princeton University, and University of Chicago. He has an MBA from the University of Rochester and a Ph.D. from the University of Washington.

 

Mark Hillman 

Mark Hillman is a Colorado native, a farmer, "recovering journalist" and a former Majority Leader of the Colorado Senate. He also served as Colorado's acting State Treasurer and was elected to leadership posts for five of his seven years in the Senate.

 

 

Kent Holsinger 

Kent Holsinger is the founder of Holsinger Law, LLC. The Firm, now with three-attorneys, specializes in lands, wildlife and water law.

 

 

Kevin Holst

Kevin is an Associate with Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Denver office and a member of the firm's Land Use and Government Relations Groups.  He concentrates on land use and various issues related to government affairs.

 

 

Peggy Littleton

Peggy Littleton has served on the State Board of Education since Feb. 2004. Her involvement in education spans many years. She taught for 15 years in a variety of educational settings, including home-schooling her three children and serving as a faculty member at Cheyenne Mountain Charter Academy and Colorado Springs Christian School. She was also appointed as the director for Colorado’s GEAR UP grant, which was administered by the office of Governor Bill Owens.

 

C. Suzanne Mencer

Ms. Mencer is a Policy Director in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Government Relations
Group. Based in the firm’s Denver office, she helps corporations and professional associations
navigate the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and its 22 component agencies.

 

Bill Molony 

As Colorado Commissioner of Education and Secretary for the Colorado State Board of Education from 1997 to 2007, Dr. Moloney worked with educators, business people, parents, and both Democratic and Republican Governors and legislators while playing a key role in shaping his state's nationally acclaimed program of education reform.

Hilary Oswald

Hilary Masell Oswald is a Denver-based writer and editor who reports on policy issues related to health care and education. In addition to writing for regional and national publications, she has written for policy think tanks and advocacy groups, including the Friedman Foundation and the Heartland Institute in Chicago. Hilary holds a B.A. in English literature and composition from Davidson College and a M.S. in journalism from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.

 

Rich Sokol

Rich currently runs an investment partnership focused on private investments in real estate and operating companies. He started his career on Wall Street with Credit Suisse First Boston. He later worked at Massachusetts Financial Services, the large Boston-based mutual fund company, where he worked as an analyst following a variety of industries and later helped run two of the larger mutual funds. He also has operating experience, having been CFO of two operating companies, including a successful startup.
